Exchange database repair, EDB, PST and mailbox recovery
If your Exchange Server won't load, do not attempt to run any Microsoft Exchange or 3rd party utility programs in an effort to repair your priv1.edb , pub1.edb or Information Store files. Eseutil, Isinteg and other Exchange repair utilities can delete data or corrupt your database files.
Before attempting repair, make a copy of your priv1 file, stm file and log files. If possible, you should also make a backup copy of these files before sending your Exchange database to a data recovery company or before you let Microsoft or other technicians try to repair or restore your mailboxes or extract your PST files from your exchange server.
If your Exchange server is running on a RAID, recovery is more complex. For your convenience and safety, we can image your hard drives for you at one of our Georgia, data recovery labs. that way you have an exact copy prior to performing restore, recovery or repair procedures on your Exchange server.
